There’s a new player in the ski media market, this one specializing in gear reviews and
coverage. Masterfit Enterprises, the parent company of Bootfitters.com, the premier ski boot
review website, has partnered with RealSkiers.com, the web’s leading ski review site, to create Masterfit Media.

In addition to the Bootfitters.com and RealSkiers.com digital portals, Masterfit Media has also
partnered with OnTheSnow.com, the world’s leading snowsports media company. Masterfit
Media will be the exclusive provider of ski and boot reviews and related gear content to OTS
which reaches four million unique users in both North America and Europe.

Masterfit Media will also publish a stand-alone 2018 Ski Buyer’s Guide focusing on ski
hardgoods and accessories. The publication will debut in late-September. “With a venerable
magazine like Skiing closing its doors and other ski titles continually reducing their focus on
gear,” said Masterfit CEO Steve Cohen, “we see an opportunity to use Masterfit’s unique
expertise in equipment testing, design, marketing and sales to fill the information gap for skiers.

“With these partnerships, Masterfit Media has instantly become the ski industry’s leading
content provider of equipment expertise,” said Masterfit CEO Steve Cohen.

The 2018 Masterfit Real Skiers Buyer’s Guide will be published as a digital magazine using the
latest “flipbook” technology. It will be available as a free download from the iTunes Store and
Google Play Store for Android devices. “Physically distributing paper magazines is old school,”
said Masterfit CEO Steve Cohen. “Our Buyer’s Guide will bring skiers information the way they
consume it today, not yesterday.”

The free download link will be made available to hundreds of thousands of skiers through major
snowsports organization partners like the National Ski Areas Assn., the BEWI Ski Shows,
OnTheSnow.com, the International Ski History Assn. and various ski clubs as well as through
Bootfittters.com, RealSkiers.com and an extensive digital advertising campaign.

The Buyer’s Guide will be produced, written and edited by ski industry and publishing veterans
Steve Cohen (Masterfit CEO and former executive editor of Ski Magazine), Jackson Hogen (CEO
of RealSkiers.com, a former marketing executive with several ski companies and equipment
editor at Snow Country magazine) and Mark Elling (veteran ski equipment journalist for Ski and
Skiing Magazines and director of boot testing and education for Masterfit).

In addition to the core hardgoods categories of skis and boot, the Buyer’s Guide will provide
intel on selecting bindings, poles, goggles, helmets, socks, insoles and more. It will include
articles on outfitting kids and maintaining and personalizing your gear. “We’ve got a collective
200+ years of skiing experience in our organization,” said Cohen, “and we will share that
knowledge with our readers.”

Masterfit Media has also reached agreement to provide equipment content to additional ski
media including SeniorsSkiing.com, PugSki.com and a Dutch language ski magazine. Further
content agreements are pending.

Masterfit is the leading independent authority on ski boots and ski boot fitting. It
manufacturers aftermarket custom and cut-to-fit insoles and bootfitting tools under the
Masterfit brand name, operates The Masterfit University Fit Training Centers and the America’s
Best Bootfitters organization of elite snowsports shops that specialize in bootfitting.
